  • Tsuchinshan-ATLAS Comet Viewing - from dusk till dawn in the southwest sky, take-in the astronomical wonder of this Oort Cloud emissary with a current magnitude of about 1.5, making it brighter than Venus and the brightest comet since NEOWISE in 2020. On the night of the 12th it will make its closest approach to Earth, within 70.5 million kilometers, and the timing is perfect for photographers both professional and with smartphones.

Immerse yourself in healing vibrations from crystal bowls, ocean drums and chimes as you journey into a state of deep relaxation. Bring a mat, blanket, something to cover your eyes and anything else you need to be comfortable.

  • 10 AM - 11 AM - Demystifying Solar with Charlie from GoPower. Learn how solar works with emphasis on explaining batteries, controllers and power inverters.

  • 11 AM - NOON - Bike Rack Seminar with Paul Rideout - Learnings from the road! A need to know seminar about toting your bike around the country, including advice about bicycle types, where to put them on your rig, and which bike racks are best.

  • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - Tales from the Road at the Caravan Main Stage by Dakota Lithium - A storytelling event led by Chris of Accept the Wow, inspired by The Moth, where vanlifers and nomads share their unique journeys and experiences from life on the move. Hear first-hand accounts of where, how, and why we all found ourselves in this lifestyle. Come be inspired by real stories of freedom, hardship, community and self-discovery. Contact Chris to be added to the panel.

We will alchemize with the elements, focusing on harnessing the sun and light, and will open with gratitude to the 4 directions.

  • 2 PM - 3:30 PM - Nomad OverVanTathlon hosted by Sir William Goes: tire carrying, Maxtrax tow-strap pulling, changing a tire, LiTime battery-carrying & La Cumbre beer chugging, joint-rolling, poop-bucket-chucking (water, it will be water), and all the most important skills for nomadic living.

  • 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM - Everyday Lithium with Jaime Perez of LiTime in the Design & Engineering Tent to help you better understand how to maximize your lithium batteries for longevity and use.

  • 4:00 PM - Planetary Pumpkin Pie! Geneva and Mike will show you how baking is possible - even on the Moon with their Omnia! Find them in the foodie Zone between The Pino’s Storyteller and The Buslife Kitchen Bus.

  • 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Photography Workshop with Frankie Spontelli - Looking to improve your photography skills? Join professional lifestyle and landscape photographer Frankie Spontelli in the Design & Engineering tent.

  • 9:30 AM - 10 AM - Breathwork with Jake in the Health & Wellness Tent - Use breath to replace stress with peace. Please bring a mat or blanket to lay on and something to cover your eyes.

  • 10 AM Traditional Fry Bread in Center Camp.

  • 10 AM - 11 AM - Parallel vs. Serial - the pros and cons of different solar & power system configurations with Master Electrician Kirt Frier and the next generation LiTime battery systems in the Design and Engineering Tent.

  • 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Partner Stretching and Intro to Handstands with Asha in the Health & Wellness Tent - Lengthen muscles and release tension in your body with a 30 minute guided partner stretching class. Followed by 30 minutes of handstand exercises where you will learn to correct your posture and build strength, control, and balance within your handstand practice. No prior experience is necessary and you are welcome to join for either or both parts of the class.

  • 12 PM - 1 PM - Cacao Circle and Sacred Movement with April Rameé in the Health and Wellness Tent - Experience a guided meditation into a sacred movement practice and learn why cacao is fueling the heart space of nomadic souls and how simple it can be to include in your travels.

  • 1:15 PM - 2 PM - Local Navajo (Dine) History and Traditional Ribbon Dance by Navajo Historian Nixon Martinez in the Health & Wellness Tent.

  • 3 PM - 4 PM - Queer + BIPOC Voices on the Road in the Health & Wellness Tent with Vanlife Pride

  • 4 PM - 5:30 PM Cosmic Partner Massage - with Shami of Wild Sol Healing in the Health and Wellness Tent. Shami is an intuitive, integrative body worker of 13 years and a sanctuary designer. Come explore and align the body and energy centers with a 30 min hands on massage routine.

  • 4 PM - 6 PM Board Games with Konan. Do you know when to hold ’em, when to fold ’em, and when to walk away? Come chill in the Design and Engineering tent with friends and games.
