  • Jazzercize Didactics with Jazzercize co-founder Phil Trotter. of Waypoint Overland. Class spots are extremely limited - DM to schedule your appointment.

  • Sky Viewing and Star Gazing with MMT Observatory astronomer, Tim Pickering. Tim will be around all weekend to geek out on all things astronomy, point out constellations, and view various celestial objects during the day and night.

  • ALL DAY - Clothing Swap Drop-Off - Come by the Dakota Lithium truck and drop off any clothing you no longer wear that is taking up space in your rig! Then come back on Saturday afternoon where everything will be displayed, and grab something new! Anything unclaimed will be donated.

  • 8:30 AM - 10 AM - Breakfast Burritos with Featherbuilt - Kick off the weekend and get to know other attendees over some grub provided by the wonderful folks at Featherbuilt.

  • 9 AM - 10 AM - The Lowered Expectations Espresso Bar with Nomadic Isaac

  • 11 AM - 3 PM - Free Herbal Consultations with Willow & Wander Apothecary - Come by the big teal bus in the Maker’s Market, Thunderbolt the Wonderbus, and meet with Kalena who will be offering free consultations with kinesthetic testing for custom flower essence blends and herbal recommendations.

  • 11 AM - 11:30 AM- Ocotillo 101 - Stop by the Medicine Bus Apothecary in the Maker’s Market and learn about the medicinal benefits of this amazing Southwestern plant. Detox the lymphatic system & liver. We will use the outer part of the bark to make sunteas and tinctures.

  • 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Workout and Words with holistic health coach Jennifer Ismar. Come prepared to move your body and get sweaty (just bring a yoga mat or towel, all levels welcome). Woven into our workout we will talk about the importance of our words and how simple word choices can make things (life!) feel easier or harder. Leave feeling empowered both physically and mentally.

  • 12:30 PM - 1 PM - Woodworking 101 - Come by Whiz’s mobile shop - Residual Designs - in the Maker’s Market to learn some woodworking basics, tool safety, and DIY project consultations.

  • 1P - 1:45P - Making a Living on the Road  - a panel discussion on making a living as a nomad, moderated by Chad of Life on the Road with Mike of @drivetheglobe, Chad of @livingthevanlife, Sierra of @boondockconsulting, Chris of @studiomontes, and Megan of @meghanelisabethart.

  • 2 PM - 2:30 PM - Drive the Globe & GO Power! - Mike Ladden from @drivetheglobe will chat about how GO Power solar helps power his new overland rig, Baobab.

  • 2:30 PM - 3 PM - Anker New Product Spotlight - Anker will give a presentation on their brand new mobile power system - Solix F3800. Come check it out and potentially win a chance at a surprise Anker product giveaway.

  • 3 PM - 3:30 PM - Leveling Up an E350 - Candi Skehan @chicksdoit2 talks about how they took their E350 from a 2-wheel drive vehicle to a 4x4 expedition rig.

  • 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM - Herbs & You - Basics of herbs, tinctures, salves, and flower essences with Willow & Wander Apothecary. Look for the big teal bus in the Maker’s Market.

  • 3:30 PM - 4 PM - Potty Talk with CompoCloset - Vanlife toilet options, pros, cons, and sustainable use.

  • 4 PM - 5 PM - Pinch Pot pottery workshop with Turiya - In this hands-on talk, Turiya will explain a step-by-step process of how a piece of clay can transform into a finished work. She will also talk about her experience with Ceramics and answer questions. During this session, people will get a chance to work with clay and create a pinch pot. If you don’t know what this means, no worries! Come and play and find out!

  • 5 PM - 6 PM - An Evening to Movember with Tim “Captain” Morgan’s Moustache - Learn how you can prepare your heart, soul, and face for a Movember, a month-long celebration of men living healthier, happier, and longer lives.

  • 9 AM - 10 AM - Rise & Flow yoga with Shami of Nomadic Bodyworx. Join Shami as she guides you through balancing the mind, muscles, and atmosphere with breathwork, yogic stretching, mindfulness, and a soothing sound bath recalibration. Come as you are, beginner to intermediate, and tune into your body's natural rhythms. We will alchemize with the elements, focusing on harnessing the sun and light, and will open with gratitude to the 4 directions.

  • 9 AM - 12 PM - Solar Eclipse Viewing Party with Moon & astronomer Tim Pickering - telescopes available for viewing provided by MMT Observatory astronomer, Tim Pickering. Solar eclipse viewing glasses will be provided by Moon.

  • 10 AM - 11 AM - During the eclipse, enjoy ambient improvisations and sonic landscapes from the @AmbientAtlas project by @enjoytimenow

  • 10:35 AM - Maximum Eclipse!

  • 11:30 AM - 12 PM - Southwest Plant Salve Seminar - Stop by the Medicine Bus Apothecary to learn about the medicinal benefits of piñon sap and chaparral (creosote bush). Eric will teach you how to make a salve from piñon sap that is antibacterial and helps with inflammation, as well as a salve from chaparral that helps burns, cuts, and wounds.

  • 12 PM - 12:45 PM - Barre Fitness Class with Blakeley Dent - Loosen up for the day with small movements, insightful breathing, and deep tissue work. Please bring a yoga mat to sit on.

  • 1 PM - 2 PM - TemboTusk cooking demo - Join Jerry from TemboTusk & Mike from @drivetheglobe and see the Adventure skottle in action

  • 1 PM - 4 PM - Clothing Swap hosted by Val @ the Dakota Lithium truck

  • 2 PM - 4 PM - Nomad OverVanTathlon with Go Power! hosted by Sir William & Shamwoah: tire carrying, tow-strap pulling, joint-rolling, poop-bucket-chucking (water, it will be water), and all the most important skills for nomadic living

  • 2 PM - 6 PM - Portraits with The Wandering Portrait Bus - Sari will rock their mobile photo studio - come by and get a 5x7 print keepsake to commemorate your time on the Moon!

  • 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM - Herbs & You - Basics of herbs, tinctures, salves, and flower essences with Willow & Wander Apothecary. Look for the big teal bus!

  • 4:15 PM - 5 PM - DJ workshop for beginners by The Fungi Phunk / Amanita (All levels welcome). This class will explain all the gear you need to start as a dj, plus a quick course on the basics of dj mixing. Everyone will be encouraged to practice mixing and playing with the dj controller, as well as a chance to ask questions about anything you need to know about DJing.

  • 5 PM - 6 PM - Happy Hour with ICECO - Come by and learn about the science behind ICECO’s cooling with a cool beverage.

  • 6 PM - 6:30 PM - Vanlife Potluck hosted by Vanlife Pride

  • 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Soundbath with SolVibrations. Solvibrations is a unique mix of Dance, Meditation and Sound Bath, bringing ancient wisdom and current sounds for a transformative experience. Through guided meditation and intentional soundscape of live and curated music we invite you to give yourself permission to dance without judgment. We end the journey with a magical and restorative sound bath.
